ITeMS HOSTED UIRESDEV VISITATION TEAM

The UISRESDEV Visitation  Team was in ITeMS on Wednesday, 2nd of October 2024. The team was led by the Co-Chair, Professor Clementina O. Adenipekun. Other team members were Professor A. O. Ogunleye and Professor K. Soetan. Also on the team were the Secretariat of the UIREDEV Fair Committee, Messrs K. K. Adeogun, F. A. Agoye and N. A. Ibrahim.

The Director of ITeMS, Mrs. Abiodun A. Alao, in the company of the Deputy Directors, received the Visitation Team. The leader of the UIRESDEV Visitation Team commended ITeMS for her quality participation at the 2023 Fair and that the visit was to sensitise the Directorate about   the forth-coming 2024 UIRESDEV Fair scheduled to hold between November 5 and November 6, 2024. The Visitation Team concluded by seeking the support of  the Directorate.

Mrs. Abiodun Alao responded by expressing ITeMS's readiness to participate fully in the Fair and promising to support it with Internet presence and the provision of professional jingles to aid publicity.

ONGOING TRAINING PROGRAMMES

Digital School: designed to impact the requisite skills for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR). It is targeted at school leavers waiting to gain admission into tertiary institutions.

The program, which began on October 2, is a four-month journey towards acquiring essential skills for the Fourth Industrial Revolution 4IR.

IT Academy: Huawei Certified ICT Professional in Artificial Intelligence (HCIP- AI) course for University of Ibadan Students. Two of our grand prize winners are Lead Instructors.
